                                     Reasons for using Ground Based Aerial Photography

                              Up until now, property photography could only be captured from 2 levels - taking pictures from the

                             ground or hiring an aircraft. Both of which produce 2 dimensional and flat pictures and show

                             no impression or depth of the property. It is impossible to capture the entire area of a property

                             at ground level, and aircraft pictures often capture excessive areas where the rooftops can be

                             the most visible part of the building.

                             Alternatively, mast photography taken 26 metres high and at a 45 degree angle truly captures the

                             unique perspective and angle that has never been captured before and is a real eye catcher.
