Applications

Residential:                 A picture is a truly lovely keepsake and a wonderful gift idea eg for a wedding, wedding anniversary or birthday present

Residential Sales:        In a competitive market, where first impressions count, an elevated photo is a real eye catcher and shows you have gone that extra to maximise the properties potential. Elevated photography captures the important features, depth and perspective of the property

Commercial:               Ground photos can never show off an entire commercial property in one go, but elevated photography can. The entire building, car parking area, loading areas, access routes, road network etc can all be captured in one picture. It provides great promotional and marketing material. These images will catch the attention of your audience and give you the advantage and exposure over your competitors with these eye catching and maximum impact pictures.

Commercial Sales:      As mentioned above, it is virtually impossible to capture a full sized commercial property in one ground taken picture. In these instances you need to be able to show the true size of everything on offer and the proximity of the site, this can be achieved in one photograph, which means a great impact photo, saving on the cost for advertising of multiple ground taken pictures.

Archaeology:              The elevated photography system can photograph the archaeological site without having to touch anywhere near the site and thus no risk of any damage to the site area. The entire site or specific parts of the site can be focused in on. Time lapse photography is ideal for these excavation areas and any ground markings are easily seen in the shots, which is convenient to show the position of objects and outlines on the site.

Architecture:               For a sector which is leading industry, your requirements need to be state of the art to aid projects from pre build to completion. Time lapse photography can help your clients to understand your proposals and ideas and will keep you in the forefront with elevated photograhy as part of your project displays and portfolios

Planning:                     Elevated photography helps rapidly visualise and assess the impact of developing a particular area, the proposed development can be superimposed onto the elevated photographs.        Taking photos at various heights and rotating the camera 360 degrees around the entire surrounding area gives a greater idea of the suitability plans.                                                                                            Urban regeneration projects and plannng appeals are some of the many other issues which benefit from this type of photography.
Road planners are able to clearly set out and plan road markings, junctions etc more effectively using elevated photographs of an area.

Insurance:                   A picture can quickly, easily and effectively convey information. When an accident happens, whether traffic, fire or a property accident - a picture from a height can show the damage and the positioning of an object in relation to where it should be etc. This birds eye view can help answer questions which are not so obvious to answer when you are viewing the scene from the ground. These pictures can be invaluable when negotiating subsequent claims and could possible hasten the claims process.

Boundary issues:         Elevated photographs are much easier to comprehend than maps. Photos can zone in on the disputed area in question and simplify the disagreement to a third party should a court day ensue. Access to the disputed area is not needed, as the height of the mast means we can generally photograph it from outside the disputed area.

Agriculture:                 Elevated pictures can greatly aid in planning applications for new buildings, document buildings for insurance and health and safety records and convenient for property sales purposes due to the extent of the area captured in one picture.

Crops:                         An elevated picture can monitor crops for stunted growth rates and any deficiences. Various crop growth stages and developments are easily pin pointed in relation to other crops and can help identify problem areas so as to facilitate early detection and intervention and avail of precautionary measures to maintain the rest of the plantation.

Building surveys:        Building surveys can be carried out very efficiently without scaffolding whether for chimneys, guttering, roof tops or the general building fabric etc. This is a quick and efficient method which will also provide you with photographic evidence of the entire survey, which can be later reviewed in the office and presented to the owner to explain about the work needed to be carried out.

Building:                      Time lapse photography is a helpful aid when explaining the progress of the project to clients and contractors and is a useful record of the work carried out from development stage until construction is finished. These records may be useful later in the event of a claim from client, neighbour, contractor etc

Historic buildings:        Using elevated photography, inspections can be done a distance away from the building, without having to have contact with the building. All photographs taken of the building can be useful high quality photographic evidence which can be later reviewed back in the office.

Visual impact assessment: provides a service to the builder, achitect, surveyor, town planner, local authority etc, showing 360 degree images from a pre decided location to decide the impact a partcular building would have on its surroundings.

Off plan marketing:      Elevated photos are convenient to help in pre design, pre planning, during and after construction and marketing of the area. Our photos are ideal for incorporating into CAD or 3D modelling. Individuals who have used this system in the UK have said that properties marketed with elevated photographs had a far higher level of interest than projects which used the traditional methods.

Health and safety:        Photographic surveys can easily pinpoint problems from a height, which are not so obvious to observe at ground level and which may even help determine the cause of an accident. An elevated photograph is useful should an emergency occur and third party individuals can easily see the area in question. Useful for on site inspections and audits.

Public buildings/areas/hotels/visitor attractions: Elevated photography shows places in a different perspective to the way anyone has ever seen before. This is a sure eye catcher which entices the curiosity of a potential visitor to have a second look and take notice of pictures which capture so much detail and character of a place. It is a great aid for marketing, and as huge numbers of tourists now research an area online before they visit, a single stunning dynamic picture is sure to put your place on the agenda for visiting and overshadow your competitors

Events/ festivals:        Elevated pictures are a brilliant marketing tool, bringing an impressive and interesting aspect into event gatherings, allowing an individual the chance to soak up the atmosphere, size and scale of event and withness the multitude of activities all captured in one picture.
